Of the remaining 16 indicator components assessed over the short term, 5 showed an improvement, 5 showed little or no change and 6 showed a deterioration; and of the 15 components assessed over the medium and long term, 6 showed an improvement, 4 showed little or no change and 5 showed a deterioration over the medium term; and 7 showed and improvement and 8 showed a deterioration over the long term.
